Haven Haus Deal OS
An internal back-office automation platform operated by Haven Haus Windows & Doors Ltd.
Deal OS is a private, internal system used by Haven Haus Windows & Doors Ltd. to manage its own sales and accounting workflow — preparing quotes and agreements, issuing invoices and receipts, and recording transactions in our accounting system. It connects only to accounts and services owned and controlled by Haven Haus, including QuickBooks Online, Google Drive, and DocuSeal.
Not a public or consumer application
Deal OS is not offered to the public, the general consumer, or third-party businesses. Access is restricted to authorized Haven Haus personnel.
QuickBooks Online integration
Deal OS connects to Haven Haus's own QuickBooks Online company via Intuit's authorized OAuth 2.0 flow to read and write our accounting records. Access can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks.
