This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of Deal OS (the "Software"), an internal back-office application owned and operated by Haven Haus Windows & Doors Ltd. ("Haven Haus"). By accessing or using the Software, the user ("you") agrees to this Agreement.
The Software is a private tool provided solely for Haven Haus's own internal business operations. It is not licensed, sold, or made available to the public, to consumers, or to third-party organizations.
Subject to this Agreement, Haven Haus grants authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for Haven Haus's internal business purposes only.
The Software, including all related code, content, and intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of Haven Haus. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.
You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, or use the Software outside the scope of Haven Haus's internal operations, or use it in any unlawful manner.
The Software integrates with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google, and DocuSeal. Your use of those services through the Software is also subject to their respective terms. The Software accesses only accounts owned and controlled by Haven Haus.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haven Haus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of the Software.
This Agreement applies while you use the Software. Haven Haus may suspend or terminate access at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Haven Haus may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
